At one time we decided to try insurance through our Outdoor Power Equipment Dealer Association. It appeared to be less expensive. We found out what the cost really was . . . NO personal service! When we had questions or problems, the person on the other end of the phone really didn’t care if they helped us or not. They already had our money. They took their time getting back to us with half answers to questions. Sometimes it took as long as a week! Long story short, when our contract was up, we RAN straight back to Keller-Brown and have been there ever since! We learned the value of the personal service that we receive from Keller-Brown.
